Signs of Improvement
I went a mile on the treadmill today. Time: 14 min 18 sec. This is nothing to brag about, but it's improved significantly from 15:05 for 1 mile on 3/29, and greatly from 8:08 for 1/2 mile on 2/28.

The interesting thing is that relatively few of my workouts are 1 mile walks/runs. I get cardio in through metabolic conditioning resistance workouts like some of those I've described here. But those workouts clearly translate into measurable gains on the treadmill.
